In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. If a product is found to be defective due to our error, we will issue a full refund within 14 days—no restocking fee will apply.
Statutory Cancellation Rights
Products that fail to meet their described specifications are not eligible for statutory cancellation, except in the case of upholstered furniture. For upholstered items, statutory cancellation applies only if the product is faulty, incomplete, or does not match its stated description.
Assembly Guidelines
Items that have been assembled are not eligible for return, as we cannot verify whether any issues are due to user assembly or manufacturing defects. Please inspect all items carefully before assembly and keep the original packaging for potential returns. If you discover a fault during the assembly process, contact us immediately for support.
