Express Delivery
We proudly provide express delivery services through our dedicated delivery team. Delivery is subject to your location and typically excludes Sundays.
Once your delivery schedule is agreed upon, a member of our logistics team will contact you to confirm the details. You will be provided with an estimated time of arrival (within a 2 to 3-hour window), and our driver will call you prior to arrival. Calls are made between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with delivery operations running from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
We offer indoor delivery for all furniture products. Please make sure to provide the floor number and door number when placing your order.

A valid phone number is required to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process. We’ll keep you informed about your order status throughout.
Delivery Schedule & Missed Delivery
If you’re unavailable to receive the delivery, it will be rescheduled within 5 days.
If you miss a delivery that was mutually agreed upon, a re-scheduling fee of £40 (15,200 PKR) per item will apply. For example, if 3 items need to be rescheduled, the total charge would be £120 (45,600 PKR).
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. Take clear photos of the item along with the packaging box and send them to us. We will aim to replace your product as quickly as possible.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM. You will receive a call from our driver before arrival. Our dispatch team will coordinate delivery times based on your availability, as customer satisfaction is our priority.
Handling Charges (If No Lift Available)

Please note: These are handling charges only and are separate from nationwide delivery charges.
Returns and Cancellations
If your delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you in advance.
As per the Consumer Contract Regulations (2013), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, or within 14 days of receiving the item. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.
